Designing and building a website is only a small part of what goes on with a website. Once a website is live there is a series of tasks that need to be performed each month to ensure sites run at optimum efficiency.

Tasks like server management, security protocols, bug fixing and code updates.

Then there are other jobs such as updating the website Content Management System and the related website plug-ins to the latest software releases. Failure to do such tasks can mean sections of a website fail with the latest website browser updates.

None of these tasks are quick to do and therefore require a lot of time and attention from us.

With all the websites we host each and every user is provided with WordPress training so that they can manage their website content, images and if they wish to perform any updates they want.

Our Support Packages are designed to give any of our current customers the options to choose a package which suits their needs.

As with all our websites, we provide full website support free of charge for the first 60 days from the initial launch date.

 

Silver Package

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Updates of your website plugins and WordPress core files, ensuring nothing breaks as a result

Keep unwanted intruders out of your site through use of a bespoke firewall

*Website ticket turn around time 72 hours

2 HOURS OF TICKETS PER MONTH WHICH MAY INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING BELOW:

Edit, revise, or update page and product content including text, images, layout, SEO related content and bug fixes

New web page layout based on existing design

Modifications and minor enhancements to existing functions, forms and features on the existing website

Consultation, guidance, and training on the use of the website and Content Management System (WordPress).

Please note that this package does not contain regular website backups. For an additional £10per month we can add this to the Silver package.

Total Fee £50.00PM + VAT

 

Gold Package

Updates of your website plugins and WordPress core files, ensuring nothing breaks as a result

Keep unwanted intruders out of your site through use of a bespoke firewall

Website backups at regular intervals

*Website ticket turn around time 48 hours

4 HOURS OF TICKETS PER MONTH WHICH MAY INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING BELOW:

Edit, revise, or update page and product content including text, images, layout, SEO related content and bug fixes

New web page layout based on existing design

Modifications and minor enhancements to existing functions, forms and features on the existing website

Consultation, guidance, and training on the use of the website and Content Management System (WordPress)

Total Fee £100.00PM + VAT

 

 

Platinum Package

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Updates of your website plugins and WordPress core files, ensuring nothing breaks as a result

Keep unwanted intruders out of your site through use of a bespoke firewall

Website backups at regular intervals

*Website ticket turn around time 24 hours

6 HOURS OF TICKETS PER MONTH WHICH MAY INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING BELOW:

Edit, revise, or update page and product content including text, images, layout, SEO related content and bug fixes

New web page layout based on existing design

Modifications and minor enhancements to existing functions, forms and features on the existing website

Consultation, guidance, and training on the use of the website and Content Management System (WordPress)

Clients are able to donate up to x4 hours of this support package towards website design time

This includes:
New page designs
Icons design
Image editing
CMS website page building

Total Fee £150.00PM + VAT

 

Terms & Conditions

*Please note that website ticket turnaround it based on standard business operating hours. Should an issue arise with a website out of standard business working hours we shall endeavor to do what we can to rectify the situation.

Non-package customers may have to wait 3-7 days for standard ticket turn around. High Priority tickets are tackled on a review of the issue and then tackled in order of importance.

Non-package customers are required to pay a standard fee of £45.00 per hour + VAT for any website related issue.

Non-package customers, please note that none of the support packages above will be implemented by us. We will continue to host your website but not provide WordPress updates, plug-ins, and maintenance. The website becomes your responsibility.

New website customers have a 60 day grace period whereby a support package is not required. All bugs, fixes, and website related issues will be provided free of charge.

Please note that unused support hours cannot be carried over to the next month.
